Our normal thickness is about 10 um, but we can provide 15um and above upon request.
Q2: What color options are available for powder coating?
We can produce any color for powder coating as long as a color sample is provided. Typical thickness is 60-80um.
Q3: How is the weather resistance for wood grain finishes?
Using Akzo Noble Interpon D1010 and Italian Menphis film, our wood grain finishes comply with AAMA Standard 2603 and offer a 10-year color guarantee under normal weather conditions.
Q4: What are your international quality standards?
We hold ISO certification and our products meet DIN, AAMA, AS/NZS, and China GB standards.
Q5: What is the lead time for samples and production?
New molds and free samples typically take 2-3 weeks. Mass production follows 3-4 weeks after deposit and order confirmation.
Q6: How are the products packed for shipping?
Commonly we use plastic film and kraft paper, but we can customize the packing based on specific customer requirements.
