Are you a factory?
Yes, we are a professional factory with a production area of 7000 square meters and over 20 years of export experience.
Can you offer samples?
Samples can be offered as requested. We charge a sample fee which is deductible from the total amount once an order is placed. We use wooden boxes to protect samples during shipping.
How do you control product quality?
We maintain quality through three steps: purchasing high-quality raw materials, employing experienced workers (many with 10+ years of experience), and having a dedicated QC team to inspect every production step.
What are your trade terms?
We accept EXW, CIF, and CNF. We also accept FOB terms based on container quantities.
What is the payment process after order confirmation?
We require a 30% T/T deposit before mass production. The remaining 70% balance is due after production is completed and before loading. We provide production photos and status updates throughout.
